Bay Area Token is a fintech real estate services company that identifies, acquires, and manages real estate properties through proprietary data analytics. Furthermore, individual real estate are fractionalized through blockchain technology in a process known as tokenization. This creates fungibility and consequently lowers the barrier to entry for would-be investors in real estate.In June of 2018, we acquired our first property in Las Vegas with an EBITDA of ~8% and a capitalization rate of ~6%.
