Bay Pilates Mission is "To teach men & womena philosophy of exercise and to create a supportive group of student's who can experience health and rejuvenation based upon the sound principles of Pilates".Set in a serene setting on a pond located in the historic town of Easton, Maryland, Bay Pilates offers a variety of lesson plans designed for the de-conditioned senior to the elite competitive athlete in a private or small group setting.Bay Pilates offers ‘Classical' Pilates training for individuals and groups in our fully-equipped Pilates studio. The studio is equipped with 2 Core Aligns, 5 Reformers, a Cadillac, 2 Chairs and a Ladder Barrel, a Spine Corrector, a Pedi-Pull and a Foot Corrector. Joseph Pilates said, "physical fitness is the first requisite of happiness." At Bay Pilates, it is not only our job but our mission to provide our community with a proven scientific approach to fitness that feels good.
