Bay to Bay Consulting was founded in 2013 in the San Francisco Bay Area. Originally from Tampa Bay, Florida, Lead consultant Gunner Heard has over 7 years of large scale cannabis production experience, he has been engaged in projects on both coasts of the United States and in Europe. Former Chief Cultivation Officer of Medican A/S -- the second licensed cannabis producer in Copenhagen, Denmark -- Gunner designed, built, and operated the largest indoor cultivation site in the country (2018). Today, Bay to Bay Consulting lends it expertise in both domestic markets and abroad. Specializing in facility design and operations, we bring scalable high quality cannabis to our clients in an internationally compliant GMP model.
