With Over 30 years experience and more than 1200 homes sold, Tom Wolf of Bay View Homes is recognized as the pioneer Real Estate Broker in the Bay View area. Educated in business at the University of Wisconsin Madison under the legendary Real Estate Professor, Dr. James A. Graaskamp, Tom brought his expertise along with his love of houses and real estate back to his home town of Milwaukee. In 1984, after rehabilitating some investment property on Milwaukee's North and South sides, Tom bought his 1st house in Bay View. On Estes Street, a block from South Shore Park, a dilapidated VA foreclosure was sitting there vacant for months. Tom, seeing the potential in this special part of Milwaukee went on to purchase houses on South Shore Drive, Wentworth Avenue, East Oklahoma and more but his real estate company, Bay View Homes was born in a Cream City Brick storefront on South Delaware Avenue. In 2006, in an area of mostly boarded up storefronts, Tom purchased the current headquarters of Bay View Homes in the Lion Building at 2216 South Kinnickinnic Avenue and helped usher in the incredible resurgence of fantastic Bay View!Tom continues to List and Sell homes in Bay View and beyond.
