EagleHill is an investor and developer. We provide fee developer consulting services to clients in the Houston and Texas market. In addition to my role as an investor, land planner, financial package writer and developer, have the development and construction of large apartment projects, shopping centers, office buildings and phased land development projects. Over 30 years of experience in planning, design, and engineering management regional and national real estate development. Project experience includes land development design of subdivisions comprising residential, multi-family, retail, commercial and industrial uses, water, sanitary, drainage and utility infrastructure design. BayHill Developers has significant experience in airport planning and the design of landside roadways and utilities for commercial and private airfields. Expertise includes project management and administration of several significant, and extremely large, multi-disciplined projects which included the preparation of plans, specifications and cost estimates, the development of comprehensive technical reports, construction management, and construction activity oversight. We create the business model [inclusive of the research, narrative of the project, cash flow analysis including supervision of the necessary M.A.I. appraisals necessary to underwrite the loan] for loan submissions to banks, savings & loans, REITs and insurance companies.
