The focus of the company was mostly dedicated to everything around Retail and e-commerce, and interactions between the startup ecosystem and all the corporations owned by the Family.Mission:-Find out how to cover the spectrum of all the sectors operated by the Family Office ecosystem of businesses (Retail, Home Improvement, Mobility, Food and Fashion) and make them acquainted with solutions for the challenges they are facing with their operations,-Developing relationships with Internet giants where it made senses according to their product roadmap,-Scouting and discussing with startups from the whole US territory, from Israel and from Europe to evaluate their technology and business model and measure their accountability with our businesses challenges,-Managing pilots and making introductions to best of breed startups for a billion $ company starting its first operations in the US, (in robotics, SaaS, mobile, AI, etc.),-Elaborating a LT plan for our new early stage vehicle to adapt its model and operations with the best existing standards, with strategic advisory, and a strong sense of pragmatism,-Organizing meetings with leaders of Unicorns disrupting their industry, with top accelerators and Seed investors in the US to evaluate their capacity to be the best partners for our companies,-Keeping contact with local ecosystem in the US on the ground by traveling and visiting regional hubs, setting up Retail tours and roadshows at main conferences focusing on technology and Retail.The company operated from June 2015 until November 2018.
