2 Min. walk to the Beach & Monkeys in the the GardenOur Bed and Breakfast in Costa Rica is located 2 minute walk from the beach and surrounded by a lovely tropical garden where monkeys and sloths are seen very regularly. Observe them from your hammock at your outdoor living area or from the lounge deck next to the swimming pool. You can cool down in our pool enjoining a refreshing drink from the swim-up bar. Our 5 rooms come with a big king size bed, a private bathroom, a private patio and are cleaned daily. You can choose between rooms with AC or without; we also have 1 very spacious and private ‘Suite' available. We are proud of our wide breakfast menu; freshly made. Try out our homemade bread and Dutch pancakes! We want to provide our guests a quite and peaceful atmosphere, which is the reason why our Bed and Breakfast maintains an adults only policy.Escape the crowds!B&B Jardín de los Monos is located in the peaceful beach community of Playa Matapalo Costa Rica near Quepos and Dominical. Considered a hidden paradise by many. Nonetheless, very easily accessible over newly paved roads (the last part is unpaved but no 4×4 needed). Enjoy this gorgeous beach and its long views in privacy; no crowds here! The Bed and Breakfast is centrally positioned to explore the stunning natural beauty of the region. Tourism high-lights as; Manuel Antonio National Park near Quepos, the lively surf village of Dominical, Nauyaca waterfalls, Marino Ballena National Park in Uvita; they are all on a short driving distance from Playa Matapalo Costa Rica. Heading to Corcovado National Park? Jardín de los Monos is the perfect stop to enjoy a couple of beach days and unwind. Matapalo offers sufficient dinner options (4 restaurants & several soda's). 2 Restaurants are on walking distance from our Bed and Breakfast (1 km/ 0.6 mi). But Playa Matapalo is not suited to visit without a (rental) car; no ATM, no Taxi's and the nearest bus stop is 2.3 km (1.3 mi) away.
