BCI Materials is a division of Blythe Construction, headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. BCI Materials built a new, state-of-the-art asphalt emulsion manufacturing facility which came on line in February, 2011. We produce a diverse range of cationic asphalt emulsion products formulated to yield top performace for our customers. BCI Materials is an approved supplier of asphalt emulsions to various state and local transportation authorities in the southeastern United States. Our focus is on providing superior quality products to our customers.
