BCM Manci is an Entrepreneurial company established in Ntabankulu to create and support the local rural business. Our team brings a wealth of experience in management and technical expertise in implementing innovative projects and companies. We do this through the use of modern technologies that have been successfully implemented elsewhere and sourced from international research, UNICEF Africa, South African Universities and project results from similar projects in Africa and Asia.BCM Manci has a real desire to uplift each community where it is established and to see everyone prosper. We envisage doing so in such a way that the skills and entrepreneurial spirit will be transferred through these projects and spread to help other local enterprises to flourish. BCM Manci has a mission to make a difference. BCM Manci has the vision to enable rural communities to prosper by implementing projects jointly with the community members to establish a local business that mutually supports each other. Our vision entails joining with residents of the project area to create enterprises that mutually support each other as well as existing local companies, NPOs and projects. To this end, we will be supporting local enterprises for services and materials. Where they cannot be locally sourced, we will where possible, create new local SMMEs. This means that local business can grow, and new sustainable business can be created. Which in turn will create jobs, retain wealth in the communities and ultimately contribute to the prosperity of the community. This is also important because it will enable them to grow and develop not only their communities but also their own culture and heritage as they integrate these into their business as they grow them.
