Tripod Competence The BCR Plastics Group continues it's mission to build on the Micro injection molding capability. As a vertically integrated company BCR consists of BECO-mold design and manufacturing, CEBO – micro injection molder and Rolla – micro injection experts. The BCR group does not engage in standardized plastic products. The product base is found in customized solutions challenging the volume and micro injection molding skill set of the company. The decades of experience and direct engineering involvement leverage the customers design and total solution for the series production supported by detailed documentation. Our goal: To embrace and realize your project from design through volume manufacturing in a rapid and flexible manner. International presence and co operation With BCR Plastics GmbH located in Stuttgart Germany, a clear European strategy is supported and expanded. Employees BCR currently employs over 50 people spread over the three units BECO, CEBO and Rolla – located in Vallorbe and Grenchen, the heart of Watch Valley in Switzerland. The 25 trained and highly qualified mechanical engineers are also readily available to our customers. We can design and produce molds to a size of 800 mm x 800 mm. Technical skill set The injection molding machines ranging from 25 tones to 140 tones include brands such as Arburg, Netstal and Fanuk. Quality Our facilities are all ISO9001-2000 certified. With dedication the group is TS 16949 certified. Equipment Our custom built assembly and robot units allow and enable us to provide complete production solutions to our customers.
