We are BDP. Pleased to meet you!Together with around 1.200 talented architects, urban designers and engineers we are involved in leading projects across the globe. Our 16 studios on all continents form a strong base from which we operate: close to our clients and with excellent knowledge of the local market. Combined, our studios form a solid network of specialists that frequently share knowledge and expertise to create smart design solutions tailored to the local conditions. Amongst our colleagues are architects, urban designers, landscape architects, structural engineers, building services engineers, acousticians, lighting specialists, sustainability experts and interior designers. Having all this expertise in house makes us a reliable and solid partner. From the first sketch it is possible to validate information within our organisation. We work as one team, with one IT structure and one certified workflow. A rare luxury!Our Rotterdam studio is located in the central district of the pulsating harbour city. This is the base for our projects in mainland Europe. From the sixth floor of the listed Groothandelsgebouw, an icon of post war reconstruction, a dedicated team of architects and designers gives shape to the buildings and cities of tomorrow. We are specialists in integral design solutions in which ecology, climate adaptivity, water management, circularity and social cohesion are strongly embedded. We are passionate about creating sustainable human centred buildings and neighbourhoods in which everyone can feel comfortable, happy and at home.
