Welcome to Peers Educating, Empowering, and Providing Support (PEEPS)! This program provides an opportunity for laypersons and professionals to connect with each other, exchange information, and meet through a virtual format. Diabetes educators provide synchronous learning sessions to patients and their loved ones using a 10-week curriculum. Participants are encouraged to interact with and support each other as they learn more about living Well with Diabetes.
