Beast House was created by Roja Huchez and Louis Vottero. It was conceived as a way to focus talents on creature modeling and rigging. With Beast House, studios have feature quality assets at their finger tips, without the need to assemble a team, or spend years in research and development.We are based in the lovely city of Toronto Canada. We are currently working with many of the commercial studios here. As our client base grows we begin to see more studios outside Canada working with us. We have had experience with various production pipelines around the world including Weta Digital and Digital Domain. Our staff has worked on features ranging from realistic to cartoony. We have a robust tool set including, auto rig, realistic facial setups, cloth, fur and pose deformation, as well as photogrammetry tools. We use a wide variety of solutions including Maya, python, C++. Our auto rig is designed to allow us to quickly change the direction of a rig and react to art direction from clients. We are constantly rebuilding our rigs from scratch so that we can add custom functionality at any level. Our facial system has been developed based on our knowledge of the Avatar facial setup. This allows us to create extremely detailed and realistic facial setups. Our pose deformation system is built in Maya and doesn't require any plugins.
