We have recently turned our attention to select residential estates. With a branch office at Arndell Park (co-located with Westside Industrial), we are better able to service the industrial markets in and around Arndell Park, Glendenning, Eastern Creek, Wetherill Park and Smithfield). Our commitment to quality service is paying dividends. We now manage over 100 complexes, representing more than 2,700 individual units. Our objective is to work closely with Executive Committees, owners and their tenants to ensure each complex meets the expectations of every stakeholder.
