Trainees gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience by interacting physically with the professional . The platform currently focuses solely on making connections in fast growing vocational industries such hair styling, fashion design, beauty and makeup, catering , artisanry etc. To use the platform, trainees sign up via a three step process, which takes them through setting up a profile. Then we intelligently match them to programs offered by professional, taking into considering details like the program location , price and duration. If they find a program they are interested in; they can apply through the platform and the professional would be notified. Trainees can also access a wider pool of training programs, by using a search functionality.As Beavly is a two-sided marketplace, professionals sign up on the platform as well. Adding their business profiles and uploading the programs they offer in their workplace. They receive registrations through the platform and even manage a waiting list.
