Bedlam is an environmentally friendly brewery on a farm in the heart of the South Downs brewing great beers with Solar Power and a passionate team. We encourage zero waste by recycling and donating all the spent grain to the cattle on the farm and compost all hops. Bedlam brews 5 core cask beers in addition to limited edition seasonal ales, plus 3 core keg ales and a fully recyclable bottle range. Awarded 4 SIBA GOLD medals at the 2018 SIBA Beer Awards including Overall Cask Beer Champion for the South East for our Phoenix Extra American Pale 3.9% and more recently Amagansett Pale Ale was awarded Bronze medal. Vegan versions are available on request. All beers are brewed using the best hops and grains directly sourced from the UK and in the case of our Harvest Ale "Pilgrim" we only use hops grown by us.
