Beeble's journey began with Honey Whisky back in 2016 in the heart of the beautiful Wiltshire countryside with just one hive of busy honey bees. We work closely with Strathearn Distillery, a family-run business located in the heart of Perthshire, Scotland. Their whisky is skilfully hand-crafted to create liquor of the highest quality. Their barley is hand-picked and delicately combined with yeast to catalyse the fermentation process. After three years of maturing in a warehouse, a delicious blended scotch is finally created. This is then expertly blended using honey from our Wiltshire hives to form a smooth, rich honey-infused liqueur with the perfect touch of natural sweetness. The result is a taste sensation.
