The Beechtree Development team has been designing and building for more than 20 years. Historically motivated and sustainably inspired, we have been working on properties throughout New England in select markets. Beechtree presently has offices in Wellesley and Edgartown and maintains a millwork shop in Waltham, Massachusetts. Combining period appropriate design principles with the latest in LEED Certified, green building standards. We deliver a full spectrum of luxury home building options, from aesthetically accurate remodels and renovations, to ground-up new construction, and on budget. We have worked closely with numerous historical boards including the Beacon Hill Architectural Commission, Nantucket Historic District Commission, and the Edgartown Planning Board to maintain full compliance and integrity.
