Beem Management is dedicated to advising on and managing all aspects of the design and construction process for owners, lawyers, architects, and contractors from feasibility, zoning and regulatory entitlement, through implementation and final occupation. As a registered architect for over thirty years Dave Beem AIA in his assignments has personally directed hundreds of highly successful commercial projects in the US and Europe with construction values of up to $600M. His experience as an architect makes him uniquely qualified to update and re-appropriate the skills of the traditional "master builder" to better advise and lead today's collaborative and multi-disciplined project structure.
