Behavior Management Consultants Inc. was established to train, educate, mentor, and counsel everyone who wishes to learn how to deal with at-risk and hard-to-place youths. Caring for the youth today can be difficult because of challenging behaviors and requires a lot of love as well as knowledge. In providing training to manage behaviors of youths, we believe that more at-risk youths will be able to remain at home with their families and permanency can be established for more hard-to-place youths in foster care.
