Our vision is to transform underserved neighborhoods by empowering individuals and families to build and sustain healthy communities. We believe this is most effective by initiating our efforts within apartment communities. There is a story behind every door, and when you get to know someone's story – who they are, where they come from, what they get excited about – then, as friends you can begin to work together for a better community. We choose to build relationships, and we want to help meet basic needs to enhance those relationships. We view each person as an asset who is capable of playing a key role in the community.
