The book title was inspired by a quote from AT&T Chairman Randall Stephenson addressing a group of employees in 2016. It will be published in January of 2018 and is a success toolkit providing an inclusive blueprint on how to build an inclusive organizational culture based on respect and courageous disruptive leadership. The material in the book is presented in four sections. It provides a roadmap and opportunity to take accountability, drive conversations and create disruptive leadership at all organizational levels.The four areas of emphasis in the book include the personal journey, the team implications, the leadership lens and the organizational responsibilities to create and maintain respectful, culturally agile places for the changing workforces of today.
