Being Well Aware is the holistic health coaching practice of Carla Moss where she helps her clients nourish wellness, consciously. Carla helps clients create a completely personalized "roadmap to health" that suits their unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals. She practices a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that she looks at how all areas of life are connected. Her approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, Carla works with clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
