Our centre welcomes all without discrimination, and our compassionate director annually runs programs to provide holistic health care to those who are not able to afford it. Our individualized holistic health plans are specifically designed to improve the mental, emotional, social, and physical well-being of every client. In our Health Centre, some of the solutions that we offer for your life stresses and poor health can be through in-person or online consultations, individual sessions; group work, workshops, custom health care products. We are proud to provide Certified HeartMath® Practitioners and techniques in everything we do. In this way we can initiate inner transformation one breath at a time, one conversation at a time, and one small step at a time.We have lots of experience and techniques for working with stress, especially in elders' health care issues in aging, end of life care, women's health issues, and complementary care in chronic illnesses.In our Learning Centre, our professional certification courses in Advanced Aromatherapy and Foot Reflexology are offered in live and live on-line course formats. Dr Sheryl Beller-Kenner, who has been teaching and training adults since 1977, is a member of numerous professional groups and is an active member and Certified Leader in XChange, an internationally-respected organization that uses a scientific approach to increasing connections, unlocking collective wisdom, and increasing learning in any group. The in-person and online training techniques used are cutting edge.
