Belfast is known worldwide for its industrial heritage and the creativity of its people. Belfast men and women have built ships, planes and factories – and exported goods all over the world.Belfast's surrounding area – from the Giant's Causeway to the Mourne mountains – is famous too. Formed by glaciers and volcanoes, the natural landscape is perfect for catching rain and filtering it to give clean crystal-clear water.It was our desire that Belfast Artisan Distillery would combine these elements of Belfast to produce quality handcrafted Spirits.We wanted our first Gin to be a Classic London Dry Gin, a good fit for any G&T but we wanted to put our own Belfast Twist on it. We chose a London Dry Gin recipe to which we added our own unique blend of locally sourced botanicals to give it that Belfast twist. We take pure Irish water and add the finest local Pink Heather, Rowanberries and Flaxseed botanicals to our recipe and handcraft them to produce our premium Belfast Artisan Distillery Gin.Our Premium Belfast Artisan Distillery Vodka is a traditional Potato Vodka with Pure Irish Spring Water, charcoal filtered to produce its excellent smooth taste.With more blends currently being developed along with exciting news coming soon about our brand products we are proud to offer our tribute to the Belfast artisans who made this city what it is today.
