Our number one focus is on finding lower middle market businesses seeking a transition in ownership or who have a desire to accelerate growth. We have successfully transformed and grown businesses by investing in new products and partnerships, acquiring adjacent technologies, and enhancing sales and marketing activities.We have deep expertise in the technology sector with an emphasis on logistics, supply chain, and related technologies that benefit shippers, carriers, 3PLs, OEMs, and others. Within the large and fragmented logistics software sector, technology has been woefully deployed to date with many businesses still relying on outdated legacy, homegrown systems and manual processes no manage critical business functions. We believe the transportation and logistics technology sector is poised for significant long-term growth.Our most significant current engagement is an Executive-in-Proximity arrangement with a lower middle market private equity fund with committed capital and history of investing in software. The purpose of the arrangement is to identify a logistics technology company for them to buy and for a Bell Creek executive advisor to join as CEO.
