It was a chance encounter with the world of art that inspired him and pushed him to get to know the Mediterranean Sponge that has always been used, not only for decorating, but also for skin care. He found what he was looking for on the shores of the Mediterranean, from the binders to their secrets. Since then, his inexhaustible curiosity and his passionate research have made Egidio Bellini a pioneer in the sector; a passion handed down from father to son that still lives on in the new generations thanks to Ivan, Gianni, Mina and Alessandra.With over 70 years of experience in harvesting and processing the Mediterranean Spongia, we can rely on a great wealth of skills.
