You attain financing for individuals and place them with a typical lender such as TD. "B" Business other wise know as sub prime lending. Clients credit is slightly bruised and just does not quite fit a traditional lender. "C" Business other wise know as private money lender. These individuals can not qualify at a traditional lender and thus must source funds from a private individual. How to read a credit bureau. How to input an application on the system. Where to find leads. How to differentiate and categorize the deals and where to place them for greater chance of approval.
