Ben's Approach stems from the conviction that the growth and learning of children are closely linked to their well-being, being well, being happy. Wellbeing is for us an essential element for the construction of any educational and didactic proposal and provides for the support and maintenance of the balance between all levels: biological, psychic, emotional and social. One of the essential methodological elements for an educational approach in line with wellbeing and on which we have funded our educational philosophy is space. The educational space, all the space that surrounds children, in fact, is not for us the container or the background of educational action, but IT IS actually its the resource. It is an essential element to develop a didactic approach that supports the open exploratory activity of the child and the constructive and social elaboration of knowledge. The space, the whole space, is the laboratory environment, the experimental and investigative place that promotes the progressive articulation and enrichment of the experiences of children and the development of their skills. The didactic material becomes a garden, a beach, a courtyard, a park, an educational farm with animals and plants and the materials found by children such as string, sticks, shells and pebbles along with many other objects. They become our junk museum. We are Luisa and Patrizia, two women, two mothers, two teachers who believe that "..one hundred is indeed..." (Loris Malaguzzi - The Hundred Languages of Children)
