We are two brothers with a passion for all things fermented & we run three gourmet shops specializing in small-production, artisan, raw milk cheeses! Both of us are engineers-turned-cheesemongers and following our passion for food, we turned in our iron rings for aprons over a decade ago. Today, we work hard to bring an ever changing variety of fine cheeses to Vancouver, celebrating the work of passionate producers and cheese-makers.Cheese is our passion and we encourage in-store tastings, questions, and learning more about the cheese you love.
