In a region formed by European immigrants, Mr. José Rech, founded the company Instaladora Sanitária São Marcos Ltd in 1962. At the time, were made bodywork services, for stovepipes, gutters, stills, pans, utensils and the water system. Seu Bepo as it was known, began to make small repairs to their trucks, because at that time the trucks were not adapted to the conditions of Brazilian highways. Therefore, from 1969, the company began to manufacture small parts and accessories for trucks changing the name to Instaladora São Marcos Ltd. The year 1976 marks the beginning of the current activities in the industrial complex, where products are manufactured in hydraulic forming, injected molding, vacuum forming and chromed line. In 1979, the company expanded its activities to Sao Paulo, opening a subsidiary that functioned as a distributor in order to expand sales of the company. In 1982, the company Transmarco Transporte de Cargas was created to streamline the transport of goods and raw materials. In 1995, created the Blow Molding Division for the manufacture of plastic fuel tanks. In 1998 the unit was created in Montenegro, where it`s produced the entire line of blow molding products, extruded and injected molding products.Today, Bepo has built more than 79 thousand square meters in 3 units and operates throughout the Brazilian territory, MERCOSUR, Europe, North America and Central America.
