Started by Lewis Bass and Charles Weisberg in 1952, this company has evolved from the first owners riding street cars to show property, to one of the most respected names in real estate, both locally and nationally. In 1980, Frank and Ron Weisberg bought out the interest of Lewis Bass and in 1988 Pat Parks joined the Weisbergs in an ownership role. The name then changed to Parks and Weisberg, REALTORS. In 1992, recognizing the value of a national brand, the firm became Prudential Parks & Weisberg, REALTORS. Another ownership change came in 2008 when the Parks family bought out the Weisberg interests. The firm transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks & Weisberg, Realtors in 2014.Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Parks & Weisberg, REALTORS has been recognized both within the Kentucky and Indiana communities, as well as within the national real estate industry.
