COMPANY HISTORY Bernardi deals with the production and processing of chocolate since 1974, when today's company was only a small pastry shop run by three brothers with a passion for sweets, inherited from his father.Thanks to passion, initiative and sacrifice the three pastry chefs grow increasingly attending industry-specific courses, until one day, almost by accident, they discover the world of chocolate and get caught up in it, so as to turn it into the core business of their work. Homemade chocolate pastry recipe remains the same, but the three brothers work tirelessly to refine and adapt it to the range of products that gradually grows more and more.The research is oriented not only to new and exotic flavors, but especially to those of the Apulian tradition, that merging with the chocolate inside the filling of Pralines and chocolates, create special combinations difficult to replicate.Thus in 2001 arise the Bernardi srl, a company that manages to transform the skills and knowledge acquired in 30 years of working closely with the public in value to give and instill directly to its customers.
