Through our trusts we administer our clients' real estate and unlisted shares of their family companies as well as execute and manage our clients financial investments world-wide. We are strictly a "buy-side" advisor to our clients and only act on their behalf.The Bernina Trust Company Limited holds a trust business license under the Japanese Trust Business Act from the Prime Minister of Japan and is regulated by the Kanto Financial Bureau. We are one of currently 7 companies (April 2012) who hold this license, and, among them, the only independent specialized provider of family and succession trust services in Japan.
