It is estimated that each car share vehicle replaces 15 personally owned vehicles and that car share members drive 31% less before switching. This reduction in ownership and miles driven helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions, reduces demand for parking, increases use of public transit and non-motorized transportation, and helps drivers save money. BestCarShare's offering will include advanced carbon reduction tracking while providing a cost effective solution for fleet management, vehicle congestion and pollution in large cities.
