Promoting balance through my physical therapy and qigong education. Individuals will learn specific movements to help decrease the risk of falls and with practice create better balance. The movements are done with intention and focus on weight shifting, posture awareness, and strengthening specific muscles for sitting, standing, and walking. Suzanne Capizzano teaches body awareness bringing you the best from her education and passion as a therapist and Qigong teacher. You will learn to incorporate exercises into your daily activities, focusing in on movements you do during the day, learning how to create better balance.
