Better Box is a collection of (fun!) evidence-informed products designed to help improve mental health in kids, teens, young adults and those beautiful souls in the helping professions like teachers, nurses, and counselors. The products in our box address each three aspects of holistic wellness: social, physical, emotional. We do that through (1) specialty designed inspiration cards for connection (2) lavender candles and lip balms to soothe and reduce anxiety (3) a unique gratitude journal to write and reflect in each day.Better Box is just one step in the journey to overall wellness. It's designed to work in conjunction with counseling and other mental health activities to create a better life with wellness in mind.
