BetterMoi is a nonprofit, women founded community, with the mission of empowering people to become a better version of themselves, through encouragement on self-care practices and support from our social community. http://bettermoi.ca/BetterMoi encourages our community members to become better humans, by writing down and sharing daily positive activities including learning a new skill, practising self-care such as meditation and yoga, exercising, calling an old friend, listening to calm music, participating in a goodness driven community…etc.Our missions is to improve people's wellness and health. We hope people develop the habit of taking care of themselves everyday.
