In 1914, Beyer Bros. was formed by three brothers. The business over the next 5 decades grew from a bicycle repair shop to a gas station to a vehicle repair facility. In 1964, one of the brother's sons, Emil Beyer and his wife, Patty Jo took on the GMC truck franchise and started to grow the municipal, fleet and commercial truck business. In 2011, the Beyer family purchased from the Warnock family the Ford and Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram stores in Morristown and the Fleet company in East Hanover (specializing in Police Cars) to expand their commercial truck business and enter into the retail marketplace. Today, Emil and Patty Jo work hand in hand with their three grown children Barbara, Michael and Bridget. Our Mission Statement is: Quality, integrity, reliability and value are our hallmarks which have turned new customers into long term relationships.
