The history of the «International Leasing» CJSC dates back to 1999 when its predecessor, Azerileasing Company was established. Azerileasing Company was incorporated as a joint venture of the leading credit institution in the country - the International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) and a Turkish Garantileasing company. After Garantileasing left the ownership in 2002 Azerileasing started to operate as a subsidiary of the IBA.In 2007 Azerileasing Company changed its legal form to the CJSC and IBA along with the British company DH Leasing Ltd became its major shareholders. As a result, Azerileasing changed its name to «International Leasing Company» CJSC.Since January 2016 the International Bank of Azerbaijan became the company's 100% shareholder and its name was changed to «International Leasing» CJSC.Presence of such a shareholder would allow us to strengthen the company's leading position in the market and provide a wide range of leasing services.In 2008 and 2013 our company was named the Leasing Company of the Year.
