Business consulting has afforded me the opportunity to help startups gain a better footing as they begin the journey to success and expansion. As a business consultant I work with my clients on strategy, business planning, and problem solving. In the process increasing their knowledge and skill sets. I support them in helping them to design business models, develop marketing plans, and developing marketing techniques to increase there business recognition and client base. Project management plays a large part of how I help my clients progress their businesses to the next level by making a clear plan, putting them on a timeline, and helping them to move forward.
