Before resolving high-stakes disputes for Unisys Corporation, Charlie Rowan litigated in private practice and clerked for Howard Corcoran, U.S. District Judge for the District of Columbia. Charlie is a Supreme Court of Virginia certified mediator and past Chair of the ADR Section of the Fairfax Bar Association.Charlie and Virginia bring their combined experience and perspectives to help parties reframe the conflict dynamic from adversarial to collaborative.
