The defined strategic initiatives are implemented on performance basis. Bfocused sets up project teams within the company which will be guided and coached.Marise Kievit and Agnes Verhelst are the 2 founders and managing directors of Bfocused bvba and were collegue students in applied economic sciences (tew) at university of Antwerp (ufsia). For large projects they work together with freelancers.
