Biebel's has been a long-standing and successful Green Bay business for more than 110 years with a reputation for great service and good, practical food. Transitioning from grocer to catering & rental occurred around 2010 as market needs changed yet were still determined to continue offering friendly staff, exceptional customer service, high quality meats and signature recipes; all for a good value. With retirement on the horizon for Paul Biebel, he brought on board a young, earnest, experienced foodie who was looking for a new challenge in her life. Kim Agostine came on board in spring of 2016, and after a year of gaining insight into the business, bought Biebel's from Paul. Kim is the first non-family member to own Biebel's. Biebel's has a successful rental business from tents, multiple styles of tables, chairs, linens, tabletop, serving pieces, lighting and champagne fountains, to popcorn and cotton candy machines, bounce houses, cast-iron booyah kettles, and large grills.
