Frans Hendriks is tot 1998 horecaondernemer geweest waarnaar hij in 1998 is begonnen in de verkoop bij een horeca en drankengroothandel in het midden van het land. Na een aantal opleidingen; Wijn bureau Smit, Krauthammer international en GITP International is hij in 2005 als verkoopleider bij deze groothandel verdergegaan. In 2006 is Frans begonnen bij een grote Duitse brouwerij waar hij verantwoordelijk was voor de totale verkoop in Nederland en België. Vanaf 1 februari 2010 gaat Frans beginnen bij Bier import Nederland BV om Kronenbourg 1664 op de Nederlandse horeca te introduceren
