Big Bold Ideas bases its offerings on this simple learning philosophy.We will meet with you to co-create a program that meets your business needs and fits into your budget. We will define and agree upon measures of success that align with your business goals and agree upon which tools will best support reaching your goals.Big Bold Ideas offers a bench of ICF credentialed coaches, all trained on the arc of the coaching conversation, vetted and bound by the ICF Professional Code of Conduct and Ethics. Each client may select up to three coaches for brief "chemistry calls", the purpose of which is to ensure the professional relationship is the right fit for both coach and client.Our initial coaching sessions are approximately 2 hours, intended to go deep with the client to define where they are, what goals they would like to accomplish during the engagement and establish measures of Return on Investment. Thereafter, some clients prefer to meet once a week for short meetings, and others prefer to meet twice a month for more deep sessions.
