The BBBS mission is to create and support one to one mentoring relationships that ignite the power and promise of youth. We match local children with a caring, adult mentor who spends 2-3 hours per week with them. Just a few hours per week can give a child the one-to-one time that helps them see their potential. With an extra person to look up to as a confidant, friend and role model, the children in our program get along better with family and friends, do better in school, and set higher goals for the future. Just knowing how much their mentor cares makes all the difference.
