Of the 892 served by BBBS last year:100% of the children are in school99% of the children are not pregnant or parenting99% of the children are substance-abuse free99% of the children are not involved with the juvenile courtsService Area: 13 county service area including Hamilton, Brown and Clermont in Ohio: Boone, Kenton, Campbell, Pendleton, Grant, Warren and Clinton in Kentucky; and Ohio, Dearborn and Ripley in Indiana.Children Served: 1,2025 children, ages 7-18 were served in 2021. Volunteers: Our volunteers come from all walks of life. Single, married, working and retired adults volunteer for our program and range from 18 years old to 70+ years old. Service Options: Our Community-Based program is offered throughout the service area. Volunteers and their Little Brothers and Little Sisters meet weekly or bi-weekly and enjoy activities in the community, as well as agency sponsored events in order to support their social, emotional, academic and physical development. Our Site-Based program is offered in several Tri-State schools and other sites throughout Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Indiana. Volunteers and their Little Brothers and Sisters meet weekly,, either during the school day, after school, or in the evening and enjoy activities to support their development as noted above.
