BIG (Brazil's Independent Games Festival) is the most important international indie games festival in Latin America. BIG aims to strengthen the independent production of games through the exchange of experiences from developers from all over the world, in addition to establishing itself as a business hub in Latin America for both local and international game developers.The program includes exclusive activities for professionals in the industry and other ones open to the general audience, including the BIG Business Forum, an international congress with one-on-one matchmaking system & dedicated meeting space; the BIG Playable City, which reflects and interacts in urban areas;, the BIG Impact, initiative dedicated to games with positive impact that transform the society; and the BIG Starter, a pitch session which provides to game developers the opportunity of presenting their not-finished or yet-to-be–published-commercially projects to an audition panel and audience composed of game developers, potential investors, relevant local and international game designers, journalists and other opinion makers. BIG Festival also attracts the general audience with our games showcase and more.Submitting your game to BIG Festival is completely free and the top 5 nominees, indicated for the Best Game Award, receive a trip to Brazil to attend the Festival & participate in the International Business Round Tables and Forum.
