In 1992, in the small town of Capena, Italy, in the outskirts of Rome, the Montesanti family opened a smallrestaurant. They served a variety of pizza and pasta dishes based on local recipes, each made with high quality,hand-picked fresh produce. Featuring fresh ingredients and homemade sauces, they prepared each dish withcare and "espresso" (cooked on the spot).The family-owned business became a local success and a "must" place for families to dine in and hang out.Twenty five years later, Michelangelo Montesanti was joined by his friends Marco Marzocca and PauloSimoes to bring "secret family recipes" to the United States.Our restaurant features over 100 types of pizza and more than 50 delicious pasta dishes. Pizzas are baked in awood fired oven to give them the distinct taste and aroma found only in an authentic Italian eatery. They'reserved on a thin crust, as the Roman tradition demands.
